Snack time, reimagined

We're on a mission to make quality snacks a pantry staple.

Boomipop is a New York-based snack brand rooted in Taiwanese flavor. It’s heritage you can snack on.

Born at a Pop-Up

Boomipop began at a pop-up dinner. Jessie YuChen—a Taiwanese-American chef, photographer, and food stylist—needed a quick, savory snack to serve before the main courses. So they popped corn in chicken fat, seasoned it like Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and set it out. It was gone in minutes. What started as a one-off became the start of Boomipop.
